ATI Showcases Fully Instrumented Vehicle at UK Automotive Testing Show 2016
November 28, 2016
Accurate Technologies Inc. (ATI) is proud to announce that an instrumented development vehicle will form the centerpiece of its display at the 2016 Automotive Testing Show, which takes place on December 8th and 9th at the Millbrook Proving Ground, United Kingdom. Aside from the showcase vehicle, attendees can also enjoy the opportunity to view a wide range of ATI products, including the recently expanded portfolio of EMX Data Acquisition Devices, plus the latest software innovations including the VISION Remote Dashboard and Automated Test Sequence editor.
Visitors to the booth will find ATI’s EMX data acquisition devices located in representative underbonnet and boot areas of the demonstration vehicle. Designed and manufactured exclusively at ATI’s plant in Michigan, the range of EMX thermocouple and analog data acquisition modules has been expanded for 2016 with the launch of Free Running CAN enabled versions of the devices, which redefine the sector’s cost per channel equation by offering unrivalled performance, user flexibility and functionality.
Available in thermocouple, analog or as a combination of channels, EMX DAQ modules are offered in two compact and robust formats: the original B-chassis and a smaller A-chassis, featuring water-tight, IP67 rated, hard anodized billet aluminum housings. As such, EMX’s small size, protection rating and wide operating temperature range allow installation of the modules closer to the signal sources in rugged environments, all backed by ATI’s 3-year warranty.
Reinforcing ATI’s reputation for innovation, the Automotive Testing Show will be the first chance for attendees to see live demonstrations of the new Remote Dashboard feature that enables users to view data wirelessly from a phone or tablet. The latest addition to ATI’s VISION Calibration and Data Acquisition software suite, Remote Dashboard has been developed as a direct response to the safety considerations expressed by customers and the industry at large, providing the ability to create unlimited customized virtual dashboards and display them on portable devices at a distance. In addition to monitoring, the powerful Remote Dashboard feature is also capable of automating and executing numerous common functions of the VISION software host environment.
ATI will also be debuting the exciting all-new Automated Test Sequence editor at Automotive Testing Show. Created to assist engineers to exploit the full automation potential of the firm’s powerful VISION API without requiring Python, VBA or MATLAB scripting competence, the Automated Test Sequence editor boasts drag and drop steps to build VISION executables in an automated fashion. ATI’s new VISION Automated Test Sequence editor is so easy to use, intuitive and fast that even seasoned programmers are adopting this new tool to automate their VISION functions. Ask any of the ATI representatives for a demonstration of this powerful new feature.
