Taking cues from ATI's VISION software, CANLab continues to enable network analysis from the user's point of view to make the tool as easy as possible to use. Even during setup, CANLab will automatically detect hardware, and if hardware is not available, CANLab can be configured in advance off-line without the hardware. To modify an existing configuration, just make the change, there is no need to take it off-line.

While using CANLab, start or stop; add or remove on-the-fly or just drag and drop items for recording or viewing; all the functions of Windows programs. Customize the configuration of any number of screens, graphs, dials or other available objects. Use CANLab's flexible docking Windows efficiently to manage all these items in your workspace.

Take advantage of CANLab's flexibility for message/frame and signal/data recording. Select unique message filters and/or triggers or at anytime create, add or delete virtual channels on or off-line.
