Compatibility

CANLab is a bus network analysis and development tool for industry standard network protocols such as Controller Area Network (CAN) including J1939 and Local Interconnect Network (LIN). By selecting CAN ID, CANLab will decode CCP services without the use of a database.

For analysis and sharing of data, CANLab was developed to work with many database formats including .DBC, .UEF and .LDF formats. CANLab's DataSource Manager allows the use of multiple databases at one time.

Import recordings into CANLab and export recordings with various file formats such as: 
• Cobra Recorder Files (*.rcx) (ATI format) 
• Text files (*.txt, *.tsv, *.log)) 
• CAN Log File (Vector binary) (*.log) 
• CAN Log File (Vector ASCII) (*.asc) 
• CSV Data File (*.csv) 
• Kvaser Log File (ASCII) (*.txt)

Physical access to the network is just as important as the software tool. ATI's hardware approach is focused on convenience. Most companies have investments in existing hardware and look for opportunities to optimize and reuse. ATI strives to accommodate your existing CAN hardware or convenient hardware such as ATI, Kvaser and even Vector hardware. CANLab has no hardware locks, and the CANLab license is PC-based.
