CANverter
| ATI's CANverter provides the simplest way to move signals on or off a vehicle network. This low cost device allows users to convert analog signals to CAN messages or CAN messages to analog or pulse outputs. Use this portable device without the need of a PC. The CANverter collects analog or digital information from devices such as sensors or actuators and then converts the information in a CAN message onto the network (or vice versa). For example, use the CANverter to read analog torque measurements and output CAN messages to provide the torque information to the entire CAN network. The CANverter ships with its own Configuration Software. Using the CANverter's software interface on your PC, programming the CANverter's inputs and outputs is as simple as dragging and dropping databased signals onto the pins of the CANverter's connector. Each CANverter supports four customizable I/O channels (0 to 5 volt, 12-bit or 10-bit analog signals). |
