| ATI Uses North American Test Expo to Demonstrate VISION Applications.  ATI demonstrated the benefits of Distributed or Decentralized Data Acquisition in a vehicle on the show floor. In this configuration, ATI’s small data acquisition modules are placed near signal sources to reduce the amount of wire required. In contrast, when modules are located in a central location, a significant amount of wire and installation effort is needed to connect each sensor to the module. ATI’s working demonstration vehicle had no holes drilled to accommodate the wiring. ATI’s EDAQs were placed throughout the vehicle; not only under seats and in the trunk but under hood. ATI products are rugged, durable and made to be exposed to the elements. |
