Accurate Technologies' quality stems from its manufacturing strategy. All ATI products are manufactured at its Wixom, Michigan location in an ISO9001:2000 certified facility. The clear advantage is that products are designed, developed and manufactured in one location. All ATI development team members including engineering, manufacturing and customer support can seamlessly communicate and work as a team to anticipate customer issues, solve problems and provide quick responses. ATI provides the highest level of customer service because of its in depth knowledge of the products.

Manufacturing in-house was a key decision to ensure the quality and delivery needed for our customers. ATI products are designed from inception to work in harsh vehicle environments and most ATI products have a 3 year warranty. In addition to durability, automotive environments also imply small, limited spaces for equipment inside a vehicle. ATI's in-house manufacturing can translate these extremely complex, sophisticated designs into high quality without compromise on functionality.

ATI's tight control is critical for all aspects of product delivery. ATI has a low manufacturing turnover resulting in a highly skilled, dedicated work force. The staff is very knowledgeable with regards to the product which is extremely beneficial for ATI's relatively lower volume, high variety business. In addition, even at volumes considered low for contract manufacturing, ATI can determine order priority rather than being subject to the size of the order dictating priority.


Environmental Initiatives

In an effort to support recycling and proper disposal of electronic devices in an environmentally sound way, Accurate Technologies will accept unwanted ATI equipment from our customers to ensure regulatory-compliant and environmentally-friendly disposal. Customers are responsible for shipping discarded equipment to ATI headquarters to the following address:

Upon receipt, ATI will perform proper disposal at no cost to our customers.
