ATI's Unique CANverter Input/Output Module Receives a Major Enhancement.

Accurate Technologies Inc. has introduced a major enhancement of its CANverter I/O Module. The CANverter enables easy, bi-directional conversion between CAN and analog/digital signals. ATI introduces the CANverter version 2.0, a complete upgrade of the original module. All aspects of the product, from the basic features and performance to the CANverter Configuration Tool Software, have been upgraded to provide more functionality for the entire range of CANverter customers.

Although the CANverter’s functionality is straight forward, its use has expanded beyond the original design. ATI has developed the CANverter version 2.0 to eliminate the limitations of the original design and provide a more user-focused, full-featured module.

The CANverter version 2.0 is fully field upgradeable and recoverable. Instantly check for channel status or firmware versions using the new Device drop-down menu in the CANverter Configuration Tool. The tool not only has an upgraded look, but presents functions in a more user-friendly manner based on customer feedback. New features include the ability to place signals from multiple channels into a single CAN message and additional send modes for digital input including OnChange, OnLow and OnHigh.
